For us to find out if you might qualify for possible compensation, we first need to review your products.  There a number of products we can review for you, with two key dates, which are as follows:

  1. Mortgages - If you have, or have had a mortgage (residential or buy-to-let) that was taken out prior to 2006 then you may be entitled to claim some money back from your lender(s)

  2. Secured Loans - if you have or have had a secured loan that was taken out prior to April 2007 then you may be entitled to compensation.  If you have a current balance and the contract is found to be unenforceable then you may be able to claim to have the remaining debt completely written off

  3. Personal (unsecured) Loans - If you have a current personal loan that was taken out prior to April 2007 with an outstanding balance, then you may be able to either claim for compensation or claim to have the remaining debt completely written off

  4. Credit Cards - If you have a credit card that was taken out prior to April 2007 and the card has a current balance then you may be able to claim to have the remaining debt completely written off as well as the possibility of having all previous charges refunded

  5. Car Finance - If you took out car finance prior to April 2007 then you may be entitled to claim for compensation or, if there is still a current balance, you may be able to have the remaining debt completely written off

  6. PPI Claims - if you have taken out any form of payment protection insurance (PPI) for a loan, credit card or mortgage, you may be entitled to claim it back

  7. Bank & Credit Card Charges - if you have paid bank or credit card charges going back up to six years, you can claim to have them refunded
